TicketRoute:

Low-confidence predictions, invalid requests, and model errors route to human review.
Python 3.10+, Terminal, and basic HTTP/JSON familiarity. Git and AWS are optional.

PROJECT ROADMAP
Four milestones.
One working product.
Work in order or jump to a milestone. Each milestone has commands, expected results, and links to the starter files. Build and verify the complete local project before considering AWS.
Design the product and architecture
Define the user need, product contract, system boundaries, and safety rules.
Build a reproducible training pipeline
Validate versioned data, establish a local baseline, then run traceable training.
RECALL
ERRORS
Evaluate the model and set a release gate
Read per-class errors, test the API contract, and define when a person reviews a ticket.
Integrate the API and operate the product
Rebuild from scratch, verify both API routes, document operating limits, and plan optional cloud work.
